The SCHILLER SpiroScout is a PC-based ultrasound spirometry system that uses flow sensor technology for highly accurate, effort-dependent and effort-independent pulmonary function testing. Unlike traditional turbine-based spirometers, the SpiroScout's ultrasonic measurement principle provides accurate results without the accuracy drift that occurs as turbines accumulate use. The system runs on SCHILLER's LFX software, which supports complete spirometry protocol including FVC, FEV1, MVV, VC, SVC, FRC, and other standard parameters per ATS/ERS guidelines. The ScoutTube sensor design uses disposable filters to prevent cross-contamination between patients. Includes SpiroScout Base Station, sensor, cables, 50 mouthpieces, 28 nose clips, and LFX software. Can be networked with multi-user LFX licenses. Optional DICOM, HL7, and Worklist connectivity kits are available for EMR integration.
The Schiller Spiroscout Pc-Based Ultrasound Spirometry System is a spirometry system for office-based pulmonary function assessment. Accurate flow measurement with ATS/ERS-compliant quality control. FVC, FEV1, PEF, and flow-volume loop measurements support diagnosis of obstructive and restrictive lung disease. Integrated reporting with reference equation selection and COPD GOLD staging facilitates evidence-based clinical decision-making.
