The UMF Medical FusionONE™ Series Power Exam Table is a versatile hi-lo exam table designed to bring powered patient accessibility, practical exam-room functionality, and configurable features to everyday clinical environments. The FusionONE Series combines a low-access height, 500 lb patient weight capacity, power height adjustment, integrated storage, durable seamless upholstery, and optional features such as stirrups, pelvic tilt, drawer warmer, electrical receptacle, and the OneTouch WheelBase® System. UMF Medical offers multiple FusionONE and FusionONE+ configurations, allowing healthcare facilities to select manual- or power-backrest models based on their clinical and workflow requirements.
The FusionONE Series uses powered height adjustment to make it easier to position the table for patient access, transfers, examinations, and clinician ergonomics. UMF identifies a low-access height of approximately 19 inches (48.3 cm) and a patient capacity of 500 lb (226.8 kg) for the FusionONE platform.
Lowering the table can reduce the height patients must navigate when getting onto the exam surface, while powered elevation allows clinicians to raise the patient to a more appropriate working position once the examination begins.
The FusionONE Series can be configured with either a manual or powered backrest, depending on the selected model.
The 3001, 3002, and 3003 FusionONE models feature power hi-lo adjustment with a manual backrest and one-function foot control. The 3502 and 3503 FusionONE+ models add a power backrest and two-function foot control.
This model structure gives facilities the flexibility to choose a straightforward powered-height table for general examinations or add powered backrest positioning for clinical areas where patients are repositioned more frequently.
Select FusionONE configurations are available with UMF Medical's OneTouch WheelBase System, an integrated central-locking wheelbase designed to simplify movement of the exam table.
With an intuitive foot-pedal mechanism, staff can unlock the table, reposition it for cleaning or room reconfiguration, and then secure it back into position for patient examinations.
The system can be particularly valuable for infection-prevention workflows because it provides easier access to the floor and surrounding areas without requiring staff to manually lift or drag heavy exam-room equipment.
FusionONE tables incorporate storage directly into the base to keep commonly used examination supplies close to the point of care.
Standard configurations include a large front drawer, while models without the OneTouch WheelBase also feature a large reversible side drawer. The reversible design provides additional flexibility when configuring the table around different exam-room layouts.
This integrated storage helps clinicians keep frequently used supplies accessible without requiring additional cabinetry immediately adjacent to the table.
Select FusionONE models are equipped with foldaway stirrups featuring four lateral positions and adjustable length, expanding the table's versatility for women's health and other examinations requiring leg positioning.
Higher-feature configurations can also include a 7° pelvic tilt, drawer warmer, and electrical receptacle. These features are standard on specified 3003 and 3503 configurations rather than on every FusionONE model.
A heavy-gauge steel extension leg pull-out helps extend the examination surface to accommodate patients of different heights.
FusionONE models also incorporate a 1.5-inch-deep plastic drain pan, supporting examinations and procedures where fluid collection may be necessary.
Combined with available stirrups and pelvic tilt, these features allow appropriately configured FusionONE models to serve a broader range of routine examination needs.
The FusionONE Series features a removable, seamless upholstered top with PreFixx Protective Finish.
UMF Medical currently offers both Classic and Premium upholstery options for FusionONE Series tables, with 16 available colors ranging from neutral Soft Linen, Warm Sand, and True Graphite to Fine Wine, Lakeside Blue, Mint Leaf, and Deep Forest.
