The Midmark® 641 Procedure Chair is a fully powered procedure chair designed to provide close, unobstructed patient access, precise positioning, and improved ergonomics for outpatient procedures. Its narrow patient support surface, slim back section, tuck-away side rails, and powered seat, back, foot, and tilt adjustments allow clinicians to position patients according to procedural needs while maintaining comfortable access to the treatment area.
With a 450 lb patient weight capacity, 22-inch minimum seat height, powered positioning, Premium Comfort System®, adjustable headrest, and extensive selection of specialty accessories, the Midmark 641 is particularly well suited for dermatology, cosmetic procedures, oral procedures, minor surgery, and other specialties where access to the patient's head, neck, shoulders, or upper body is important.
The Midmark 641 provides powered adjustment of the seat height, backrest, foot support, and tilt, allowing clinicians to position the patient for different examinations and procedures without relying on manual adjustments.
The seat can be positioned from approximately 22 to 40 inches from the floor on non-rotational models. The seat tilt can be adjusted from 0° to 30°, while the back support provides an adjustment range from 0° to 85° and the foot support from 0° to 90°.
This multidirectional powered positioning allows the chair to transition between upright, reclined, and procedure-oriented positions while helping the clinician establish an appropriate working height.

Rather than moving the entire chair base or requiring the clinician to work around a fixed patient orientation, the rotational platform allows the chair to be repositioned within the procedure space.
Rotation adds approximately 3.5 inches to both the minimum and maximum seat heights, resulting in an approximate height range of 25.5 to 43.5 inches for rotational configurations.
Standard Midmark 641 configurations include both a wired hand control and wired foot control, giving clinicians flexibility in how they operate powered positioning functions.
